Friday Photo

Today is the first Friday Photo. I'm going to try to post one of my favorite photo's every Friday. Some will come with words. Some will not. So, here's to a great Friday and to photography.



I took this image on a recent trip to China. It was my first trip to mainland China. I took it through the glass while in the back seat of taxi.

I love the color in the background and it's contrast to the bland colors of the motorcycle & driver. I love the old helmet strapped to the side of the bike. I love the fact that this guy is riding one handed and smoking a cigarette on a street that I wouldn't even dare drive on.

To me, this picture represents the image of China that I had created in my head.
